Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the price of your scheduled appointment. MUST CALL TO CANCEL. No-call No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the service fee. You are reserving a time slot, and if you do not give an adequate response or time for us to fill that slot, you will be charged the full amount of the service you have scheduled.
Sachi Spa is a new business entity. We will no longer be able to honor certificates purchased from the previous business (prior to 1/2023) This inlcudes previously utilized InstaGifts. Some exceptions may apply ONLY to be redeemed for 50% of a service at a time. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
